The Humble Bundle is back with some Killer Titles from 2K this time around. In case you are unfamiliar with the Humble Bundle, these flash sales are a pay what you want model that for a minimum donation you can usually pick up around 3 great game titles. However, donating more money to it usually unlocks more games.
This time around, for a minimum donation you can get a Steam copy of Bioshock, The Bureau, and The Darkness II. For donating over $5.47 you can also snag a copy of Bioshock 2, Mafia II, and Spec Ops: The Line. And if you donate over $20 you can unlock copies of XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Bioshock Infinite.
The minimum price for the medium tier games depends on the average donation, so right now it’s at a very low price to unlock those extra games. But if you’re reading this later in the day you may not be able to get it at that price.
Additionally, only a small percentage of the money goes back to Humble Bundle and the game developers, while you can choose from a few charities to donate the money to.
In this case, the two charities are Action Against Hunger and the American Red Cross. While ARC is a usual charity that the game companies and Humble Bundle choose, it’s nice to see Action Against Hunger popping up as an option for once.
